Job summary

Nextaff is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for multiple long-term care facilities across Iowa. Positions are available at Boone, Bettendorf, Davenport, Shenandoah and other cities with Day, Evening, and Overnight shifts.

Most roles are full-time with every-other-weekend schedules, offering weekly pay and dedicated recruiter support. Applicants should hold an Iowa RN or LPN license (RN for select openings) and a current BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current Iowa RN or LPN license (RN for select openings).
• BLS/CPR certification required or current.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
