Responsibilities include administering medications, responding to call lights, documenting care, following care plans, and reporting any abnormal findings. LPN license and nursing education are required; CPR is recommended.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification recommended.
