Qualifications
- Maryland LPN license (or compact) required.
- Completion of LPN program required.
- Familiarity with PCC software.
- Compassionate and able to handle stress.
- Team player with strong communication.
- New graduates welcome; long-term care exp preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor residents and report changes.
- Maintain nursing documentation accurately and timely.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants.
- Provide resident-centered care.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
