Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medication Management: accurately administer meds per care plans.
• Treatment Execution: perform assigned clinical treatments within scope.
• Observation and Reporting: monitor residents and escalate changes to RN.
• Regulatory Compliance: follow local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with interdisciplinary team and unit leaders.
• Support Duties: handle clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.
