Aston Group is hiring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in our skilled nursing facility in Daytona Beach, FL. Roles include day, evening, and night shifts with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with effective time management.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• EMR experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in resident condition.
• Document assessments and care provided in the EMR.
• Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate.
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Support the nursing team to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
