Waterview Health & Rehab in Virginia is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts, offering both full-time and part-time roles with weekend rotation. New grads welcome; per diem/PRN not offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in VA.
• New Grads must provide ATT or letter to test.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management and procedures.
