Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, contract, part-time and full-time opportunities in Brookings and nearby areas. You will support long-term care and assisted living settings with medications, daily activities, and wound care, across day, evening, or night shifts.

The role requires an active SD LPN license or reciprocity, ongoing certification, and 18+ years old. We offer weekly pay and health insurance after 1 year for full-time staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and standards.
• LPN experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities or Assisted Living.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring changes in care or equipment.
