Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license in the state of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including treatments, wound care, and medication administration per orders.
• Supervise CNAs/CMAs, delegate tasks, ensure care completion.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to RN/provider.
• Participate in care planning, documentation, and resident/family education.
• Ensure accurate documentation in medical records and logs.
