Haven of Arcola is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Arcola, IL. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with weekend availability, and a new wage rate of $30.00–$35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift.
