Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to residents, including medications, wound care, and other treatments.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Observing and reporting patient status to the nursing staff and physicians.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
