Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with MN LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience across the life span.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care under supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain required competencies and complete annual CEU and competency training.
