Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program; must be licensed as an LPN.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• 400 hours of supervised clinical experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document outcomes.
• Maintain accurate resident records and communicate with the care team.
