Job summary

AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long term care unit. We offer full-time, part-time, Baylor and per-diem shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment effective 3.30.26.

As an LPN, you will provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications as prescribed, maintain accurate medical records, and support the nursing team with infection-control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license issued by MA.
• Clean background check.
• Drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offer emotional support and education about about treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status
• Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
