Qualifications

• LPN license in Pennsylvania is required or in process.
• Experience providing direct patient care and administering medications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nurse Aides and provide guidance and support as needed
• Administer medications and treatments to patients
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with other healthcare professionals
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Charge Nurse or Physician
• Participate in Quality Improvement Program and contribute to departmental goals and objectives
