Job summary

TeamWorkers Supplemental Staffing is looking for an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver efficient nursing care to residents, align with standards, and work within the scope defined by the Nurse Practice Act on assigned shifts.

You will handle resident care, assign staff tasks, mentor nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians. A valid LPN license, at least one year of clinical experience, and current BLS/CPR are required; prior SNF experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience required as an LPN.
• Prior experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility highly preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents and supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver care.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
