The Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team. The primary responsibilities include assessing residents’ needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating outcomes, and supervising nursing assistants under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state approved LPN nursing program.
• Must follow state-specific requirements depending on the state.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
