Job summary

Fine Care Center in New York is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time roles at multiple NY locations. You will work under the supervision of doctors and RNs, taking vital signs, collecting samples, and administering medications to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The position requires an active NY LPN license, CPR certification, and strong patience, empathy, and compassion. A resume, references, and proof of work authorization are needed, with EMR skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN License is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Resume is required.
• MMR & Varicella titers are required.
• PPD or proof of chest X-ray if positive.
• 1 personal reference letter and 1 professional reference letter.
• Original non-expired state ID.
• Original proof of work authorization.
• Malpractice insurance policy is required.
• Knowledge of EMR Programs is a plus.

Responsibilities
