Qualifications

• Current CT LPN required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic clinical care under RN/physician direction.

• Administers medications and monitors for adverse reactions.
• Performs routine laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educates patients/families about treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Supports clinical quality initiatives and closing care gaps.
