Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting at GSS ND Park River.

Under supervision of an RN or physician, you will administer medications, document care events, and support residents’ health, safety, and comfort. This role requires ND licensure and a collaborative, compassionate approach within a Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as a Practical Nurse.
• An Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• North Dakota IV therapy/management requirements apply if applicable.
• Must have completed supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as an LPN elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and safety.
