Job summary

Garden Spot Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a FLEX per diem role in our skilled nursing facility. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

The position requires Pennsylvania LPN or RN licensure, ability to rotate shifts including weekends, and strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to rotate shifts and weekends as scheduled.
• Strong organizational, initiative, judgment, dependability and leadership skills.
• Ability to work congenially with others and delegate wisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care, administer medications and treatments.
• Supervise CNAs and coach them according to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety policies within the unit.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians and staff to coordinate care.
• Document care plans and resident information in PointClickCare.
