Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Oklahoma is required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled nursing tasks such as injections and wound care.
• Prepare equipment and materials for patient visits.
• Teach patients self‑care techniques to support independence.
• Communicate with RNs and case managers to clarify instructions and provide updates.
• Assist RNs or physicians with specialized procedures.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Report suspected abuse per state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and driving records.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability in daily scheduling.
