Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and identify changes in resident conditions or medication side effects.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and lab sample collection as a vital LPN Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Maintain detailed, real-time electronic charts in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, providing updates and care instructions.
