Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Rolla, MO. You will ensure donor health and safety as part of a lean, high-growth team and collaborate with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience.

You will be cross-trained in all center functions, including phlebotomy and station setup, with a path toward expanded responsibilities and a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work with center staff to maintain a positive environment for donors.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
