Job summary

Aultman Orrville Dunlap Family Physicians in Ohio is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, patient and family teaching, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team under the supervision of an RN.

You will support routine nursing tasks, administer medications as prescribed, document care, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available for qualified applicants with a 1-year commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active licensure as an LPN in Ohio.
• BLS with RQI (AHA) training required.
• IV Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN.
• Collects patient data and reports changes in patient status.
• Documents nursing activities accurately and promptly.
• Administers medications and monitors patient responses.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other staff to coordinate care.
• Supports patient and family teaching and safety initiatives.
