Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. invites applications for an LPN Evening Shift at Moore County Jail in North Carolina. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, and focuses on delivering essential nursing care in a secure, structured environment.

You will work with a supportive team, perform clinical assessments, manage medications, and document care using the facility's EMR system. A NC LPN license and evening availability are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Evening shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care to inmates in a jail setting.
• Administer medications and document care in the EMR system.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly respond to medical concerns.
