Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe resident care according to standards and policies.
• Administer medications accurately and document administration.
• Communicate resident information and plan of care during shifts and handovers.
• Participate in quality improvement and care initiatives.
• Incorporate age-specific needs into nursing care.
• Cooperate with staffing reassignment to support resident care.
