Job summary
Valparaiso Care & Rehab, a unit of American Senior Communities, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in a geriatric setting. You will assess residents, document changes, and work with the care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents and document changes in condition.
