Job summary

Ochsner Health seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, under RN supervision. You will use the nursing process to organize care and support a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a current LPN license, BLS, and a focus on compassionate, high-quality patient experiences in the New Orleans area.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice.

This job provides direct care (including IV therapy) of assigned patients within the framework of the Licensed Practical Nurse Act under the direction of a registered nurse. Directs and assists ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties and interacts with the multidisciplinary team and other personnel.
