Baystate Health, Inc. in Springfield, MA is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Endocrinology Medical Pediatric team. You will support exam rooms, perform patient intake, document in the EMR, and assist providers during visits in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds MA LPN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and prior ambulatory care experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, no weekends or holidays, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (MA) licensure.
• CPR-BLS certification as required.
• Prior LPN experience in ambulatory/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and exam rooms and document in the EMR.
• Obtain vitals and assist with immunizations and non-IV meds per protocol.
• Support clinicians during examinations and procedures.
• Assist with care coordination and patient education.
