Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Georgia seeks a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. You will deliver quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and support CNAs under supervision, aligning with Life Care standards and regulations.

Requirements include graduation from accredited LPN program, active LPN license in Georgia, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active LPN license in good standing throughout employment.
One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

Monitor changes in patient condition and report to the team.
Assign duties, provide instruction, and supervise CNAs on a daily basis.
