• Basic reading and writing skills; ability to speak English clearly and understandably.
• Gerontological nursing experience including dementia population preferred.
• Current active LPN license in state of practice.

• Ensures residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards and facility policies.
• Follows physician orders and applicable federal, state, and local guidelines.
