Responsibilities

• Accurately completes all required clinical documentation per RHS standards.
• Maintains documentation for quality assurance including point of care testing, medication logs and annual wellness visits.
• Works with providers to address care gaps.
• Documentation is accurate and completed same day.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in lab functions.
• Monitors OSHA and lab proficiency testing.
• Maintains clean, compliant, well-stocked work areas.
• Provides patient education and teaches about medications.
• Communicates lab results and schedules additional tests per provider order.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
