Park Royal Hospital, a private 126-bed psychiatric facility, is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to lead nutritional care for adults and seniors. You will assess needs, develop dietary-care plans, approve menus, and counsel patients and families on healthy eating and disease management.

Collaborating with physicians and the treatment team, you’ll monitor food service quality and safety while supporting education and prevention initiatives. Florida background screening applies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure.
• Experience with Eating Disorders and Substance use strongly preferred in facilities working with those patient populations.

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling.

• Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards as needed.

Park Royal Hospital is a state of the art facility outfitted with cutting edge technology and safety features. Our private free-standing 126-bed psychiatric hospital provides life-changing care for adults 18 years and older and senior adults. Inpatient and outpatient treatment is provided for depression, anxiety, mood disorders, memory problems, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental illnesses as well as co-occurring substance use disorders.

Purpose Statement

Education/Experience/Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Dietetics, Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure.

Licenses/Designations/Certifications

• Current registered dietician or registration as required by state or eligible for endorsement by the state in which the facility provides services.
• ServSafe certification or similar food safety certification where required by the state or facility.
