Village Caregiving, LLC is inviting an LPN to step into a Director of Operations role for our Cody, WY office. You will oversee daily operations, train new staff, and ensure compliance across our network of home health aides and clients.

Regular home visits and detailed care plans are part of the role, with leadership opportunities for a motivated professional. The position includes full benefits and a family-friendly schedule.

The selected candidate LPN will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. The candidate will also conduct home visits on a regular basis and create detailed care plans.
