Job summary

The State of Arkansas currently seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide essential direct patient care under supervision at Conway. You will support RNs and physicians in assessing patient needs and implementing treatments.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved practical nursing program.
• Current LPN licensure in Arkansas.
• N/A other job-related education/experience may be substituted with approval.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical history.
• Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections under supervision.
• Assist in wound care and other medical procedures as directed by an RN or physician.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide care instructions and emotional support.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
