Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring LPNs for our inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, CO. The role covers Saturday and Sunday day shifts, 7am–7pm, delivering comprehensive nursing care, assessments, and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold CO LPN licensure, with at least one year of post-secondary diploma training and prior treatment-industry experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating care with medical and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year diploma program post-high school.
• Current, valid LPN licensure in CO.
• 1 year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive medical assessment for each client on admission.
• Perform nursing shift duties: screening, vitals, scheduling labs and appointments, chart updates.
• Address pharmacy needs, process prescriptions, maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and UR teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain precise medical documentation and medication logging.
