Responsibilities

• Answer and manage the nurse triage phone line.
• Assist with clinical pool messages, patient results, and provider communications.
• Process prescription refill requests accurately and efficiently.
• Room patients and obtain clinical information for appointments.
• Assist physicians during office-based procedures.
• Perform schedule procedures such as catheter changes and injections.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and promote a positive patient experience.
