Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring an Evening Shift LPN to deliver high-quality care to guests in the evening hours. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, and maintain detailed records while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to execute individualized care plans.

Formación

• Current LPN license in Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred

About the Role:

As an Evening Shift LPN at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Providing direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and personal care assistance
• Assisting with ADLs (activities of daily living) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
