Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our team. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who is passionate about rural healthcare and eager to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervening and evaluating patients within the specific scope of practice.
  • Assist with patient intake, medical history, and physical examinations.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Perform routine medical procedures and diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Address patient concerns and provide emotional support.
  • Participate in clinic activities and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification LPN license in Nebraska, graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing, OR Certified Medical Assistant with current certification and relevant clinical experience. RN license in Nebraska and graduate of an accredited school/college of nursing accepted, but at LPN wage level.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a rural or community health environment, is a plus.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
