Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Ellendale is seeking a Full-time Day LPN to provide high-quality, resident-centered care in Ellendale, ND. The position runs days from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with a schedule that spans Monday through Sunday as needed.

This role requires an active LPN license and strong English communication. Responsibilities include relationship-based care, initial resident data collection, and contributing to person-driven care plans created by the RN.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.
