Job summary

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in NY.
- Alternate weekends availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in SNF/Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Educate residents and families.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
