Job summary

Catholic Health seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Administrative Regional Training Center in Buffalo, NY. This full-time role offers days with weekend and holiday rotation.

You will work under the supervision of an RN, providing selected nursing care for sub-acute, convalescent, and chronic patients, with emphasis on safety, quality, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current NYS licensure as an LPN is required.
• Minimum of one year direct patient care experience as an LPN is required.
• Knowledge of regulations governing Certified Home Health Agencies is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide selected nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
• Care for sub-acute, convalescent and chronic patients.
• Maintain accurate written and verbal communication with the care team.
