Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strive for excellence in patient care.
• Demonstrate and promote a positive and professional attitude, adhering to our core values of compassion, respect, and dignity.
