Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for private duty home health care in the Columbia Skilled BAYADA Office. The role focuses on compassionate, high-quality care for clients in their homes, with a supportive onboarding and ongoing training program.

This position offers flexible schedules (days, afternoons, evenings, nights), weekly pay, and opportunities for scholarship and career growth, including orientation and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited/nursing program (LPN) and current license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma


• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay Range: $26-$28/Hr.
