Qualifications

• Graduate from a practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current/active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.
• Current BLS card from the American Heart Association prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients under the physician's direction and the Nurse Supervisor.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist during treatments.
• Coordinate tests and follow-up care and document treatments in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families as needed and demonstrate competency in caring for patients of all ages.
