Job summary
The Pines at Bristol Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Bristol, CT is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for the day shift on a full-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support comprehensive care plans for our aging residents.

Qualifications
- Valid state license (LPN) required.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill; ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical skills including administration of medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Supervising and supporting CNAs in delivering care
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
