Yorktown Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Yorktown, IN. The LPN will coordinate the delivery of care, monitor and evaluate outcomes, and provide direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.

Available shifts include Full Time 6a-6p and PRN, with a pay rate of $31/hour. Benefits and education assistance are offered in accordance with state law and company policies.
