Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
• IV certification and Blood Withdrawal certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care services meeting psychosocial, physical, and general care needs.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
