Job summary

Bradford Recovery Center is seeking an organized LPN for full-time day shift (7am–7pm) at Bradford Recovery Center, an inpatient rehab facility. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support adults 18+ facing SUD and co-occurring disorders.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing degree and an active LPN/LVN license, with CPR and de-escalation/restraint training preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• One or more years' nursing experience in a relevant clinical area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN/LVN scope of practice.
• Support patient safety and quality of care with a sense of urgency.
• Collaborate with the team to meet physical, biopsychosocial, developmental and cultural needs.
• Provide comfort and implement care plans tailored to each patient.
• Document patient symptoms, responses and progress accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
