Job summary

NHC Heartland in Nashville, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care on 12-hour shifts from 6am to 6pm. You’ll connect with patients and families, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with a caring team in a family-oriented environment.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on for full-time and a $2,500 sign-on for part-time, flexible schedules, overtime bonuses, generous PTO, comprehensive health coverage, tuition reimbursement, advancement

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN Nursing License is required or applicable for licensure.
• We welcome Graduate Nurses (GNs) and Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge, skills, leadership, and communication.
• Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Organize and prioritize workflow to meet patient care needs effectively.
• Adhere to current nursing standards of practice and regulations.
• Foster continuous quality improvement with problem-solving skills.

Your Role:
